Chili's has become one of our favorite go-to restaurants in the area. We try to grab a table in the bar for the free chips and salsa. The servers are quick, friendly and the noise level is perfect for our active toddler. We often order the 2/$20 menu pairings which offer an appetizer and two entrees. Fried pickles and flatbreads are amazing!!!! Chicken fajitas with Chipotle lime rice and honey Chipotle chicken crispers are two of our favorite meals. There's always a huge portion with leftovers or enough to share. We're usually too full for dessert, but they look great!

I mostly prefer Mom 'n Pop joints. There are very few chains I will ever likely declare as spectacular, especially most "bar-food" venues! I was kindly given a Chili's gift card, so I took a friend to visit for fun and a free meal on me. Eh... For starters, the service was very slow! All of the wait staff seemed very young here. That's not a problem IF Chili's has a more mature head of the front house to keep things in order. Nobody in any sort of leadership was present here. We tried to beat the "rush" here by coming at 4:30pm and it was still chaotic! So expect a lot of waiting, while seeing employees peck away at their smart phones in the shadows and corners. Service be damned! As for the food? I got the appetizer sampler: boneless chicken wings, sw fried egg rolls, and Big Mouth bites hamburger sliders. My friend ordered a simple hamburger. The kitchen's output convinced us they no longer really "cook" here, just "heat" and assemble prepackaged food from a corporate warehouse? Nothing tasted fresh, whatsoever! I expect a frozen/fried taste profile and texture on any appetizer offerings. Yet my friend's simple burger patty seemed to be a frozen/re-heated one too? And the dipping sauces? Just simple Ken's salad dressings from Publix have more flavor. But I think Chili's should be forgiven to some degree: it is, what it is... Mostly a bar, pushing out enough cheap drinks so later the patrons think the just "heated/assembled" food is real cooking! There are so many bar/drink/heated food joints out there now that I should not complain. It is what a portion of our public now demands? The worst part for me is that I still have some $$ left on my gift card. Very soon I will pass this card onto a "just heated food" fan and friend, and make their day!

We walked in and it was crowded, so we headed right over to the bar area - free chips and salsa. LOL Added some queso and it wasn't that great. We did the two for 20 - fries were delicious. Chicken fajitas were the usual. I was impressed with the new way they display the sides to the fajitas. Pretty cute. Didn't know you could get refills or call your waitress from the screen on your table. She could have been a little more pleasant, but what can you do? All in all, it was ok. Its Chillis, chain restaurant, you know what you're going to get.

Ordered big mouth bites. Buns we're burnt, meat was overcooked and dry. Very disappointing. Sat at the bar and service was great so that's at least one positive.

Sat down and waited 20 minutes to get noticed. Service took an eternity, got a margarita chicken bowl with white chicken that looked steamed and raw. The chicken barely looked cooked, had no color except pink on the sides. Sent it back to get remade, got my bowl back and it looked as though they threw my chicken on the grill for a few seconds and threw it back on there. It's insulting and I was highly disappointed that I had to just toss the chicken to the side and eat the rice and beans instead. Horrible experience, will NOT be coming here again.

I've been coming here a lot lately because my group of friends likes to come here for lunch on Friday's. We go in between classes and always have a really nice waitress. I usually get a lunch combo that comes with a soup or salad and a couple of different choices. They have pretty good fajitas and everything is pretty cheap. I love the mango tea and cheese fries here as well. The quesadilla explosion salad is my favorite, I just wish it was healthier than it is. All in all, it's a pretty good Chili's. Not the best food, but it's not bad, and I love their chips and salsa.

Not too happy. I got the spicy shrimp tacos. One bite and I downed three mugs of water. I couldn't eat them! I'm usually fine with spicy food. We got the carna asada fresh mex sandwich. Very little meat. The second half had only two small strips of steak. It was actually funny. Then we waited 20 mins for our bill. Not doing this again.

Where do I start. The service was atrocious. Our drink order took over 15 minutes. Our server's attitude left much to be desired. We asked for ranch sauce on three separate occasions and finally received it 20 mins into our meal. Fries, forget about those. We were told that they were waiting on the fries to be done. Manager? He never approached our table until we got up and found him. The other employees that we asked for help did absolutely nothing. This has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had at Chilis. I'm looking forward to leaving a $0 tip. By the way if you get a server name Kandi, run!

Cool games to play at table with other guests. The food was greasy. Really not healthy. A lot of meat. Not a lot of veggies or seafood or fish options. Service was good though.

Our server was awesome. Fajitas were great. Had the grilled chicken salad but the greens weren't very fresh or I would have given them five stars. Clean, excellent service and the two for $20 deal can't be beat.

Well I always love the Caesar salad with grilled chicken at chili's! And love when I get free chips and salsa when I sit at the bar! The girl behind the bar is really nice too! She always remembers me when I am here so it makes me feel good with that personal touch! Anyways I do enjoy coming here as it's such a great consistent spot to eat decent food. I would def recommend sitting in the bar area for the free chips and salsa!! Yummy!!

Chili's has become that restaurant that we only go to when we are super bored with the other late night restaurants AND enough time has passed to forget how awful they are. They may have a new decor and some new menu items, but this is still the same old crappy Chili's with the same problems: 1- rarely a hostess to greet you 2- mediocre to awful service that takes FOREVER 3- disappointing (sometimes disgusting) food (I have even been served moldy cheese at this location..eww) Our most recent visit reaffirmed that we do not like Chili's and we will not be returning soon. We arrived a little before 9pm and there was not an employee in sight. Since we were hoping to make this a quicker visit, we seated ourselves at the bar area along with 90% of the people that were in the restaurant (I'm guessing there was not hostess for them either). We were asked for our drink orders rather quickly. We ordered our drinks and took a few minutes to decide on our dinner. You are supposed to be brought free chips and salsa in the bar area...never happened. To make matters worse, the two tables right in front of us both received their chips and salsa. I guess they just didn't like us? After we ordered we waited...and waited...and waited. It took about 35 minutes for one mushroom swiss burger and a carnitas fajitas. When the food arrived the burger was smaller than normal (we have ordered this burger here before), overcooked and SUPER dry. On top of that, my Husband's fries were about 1/4 of the normal amount they serve. He literally had about 7 overcooked tiny fries on the plate. Pathetic. My fajitas were served with a huge amount of onions, green bell peppers (which were undercooked) and carnitas. Unfortunately, I was only given a few tiny tortillas. It also came with some ridiculous tree of condiments (guac, some sort of taco sauce, sour cream, cheese, tomatoes, green chilis with pickled onions and a few other things). The meat was BLAND. How do you even make carnitas bland? The meat naturally has so much flavor. I also had a HUGE piece of stringy fat. Disgusting. We both ate our entrees feeling more and more gross as we ate. We left feeling sick. We probably would have complained if there had been anyone around. After waiting for awhile and having our credit card on the table, we finally had our server come back and say "Ohh sorry, you pay with the Ziosk now" and show us how to pay. That would have been nice to know at the beginning. Needless to say, we will not be back anytime soon. We will stick with BJ's for late night meals.

This is the first time I am giving up on a chain. The last time I came the mgmt was great in handling a bug in my food. It took some effort and considerable boredom with other options to try it again. It was not busy but I had to go find my waitress twice, once to order, another time to ask for the part of my order she forgot (otherwise she was ok). The chips she brought were a mix of freshly made good stuff and very stale that left a sour taste in my mouth long after I left. The taco that eventually came out was tasteless and mostly empty. The corn tasted like it had been waterboarded and then microwaved until it confessed.

Great on a Friday night! Get the Long Island Ice Tea. Fabulous with almost any dinner/ appetizer. The artichoke dip is my absolute favorite! The servers were great, and of course it's a great location! Good for groups or a date.

Pretty meh experience. It's Chili's, I don't expect much. We were seated in a booth by the bar. Took a bit for a server to come by. They had those Ziosks where you can order drinks, food etc but only drinks from the bar it looked like (didn't see options for regular drinks or water). Free chips and dip were ok. Our southwestern egg rolls were good. My honey chipotle chicken crispers were not how I remembered them tasting at other Chili's locations. Didn't seem as crispy and flavorful. I didn't like them. Paid on the Ziosk and left. Have had more personable experiences at other locations.

Had lunch here on Sunday, July 26, 2015. Service and food were okay, but nothing to really write home about. It is sort of the standard fare, lacking anything that is a particular draw. I found Chili's to be more enticing and helpful years ago when they were newer, but now they seem to be more of the same-old same-old which leaves me disappointed. Sorry Chili lovers, but it is how I feel. The one really neat thing they had however, were the electronic devices on the tables where you could do various things, including ask for refills of drinks, and close out your bill, and pay for it there, including getting a receipt out of the device. This is very well done, and frankly removes one of the low value activities that takes place between wait staff and customers. Good idea and well executed, with one exception... ...Are you kidding, that you charge 99 cents to play a few really basic games on this device? Come on, that is like the dang airlines that charge you for everything. Don't charge me to play a goofy game. Heck, I've got a smart phone with much better games than your device will ever have. This is nickel and diming taken to an extreme. You are better than this.

We had a really good experience here. This was our "Last ditch effort" for Chili's. Had several bad experiences at Chili's (Not this specific one) in the past year or so and said to my family "If this Chili's is bad, we'll never be back to any of them". We were all surprised. Food was good, service was excellent and the place was clean! I hope they are turning the chain around!

Stopped here for a margarita and a snack after doing some shopping. The bartender recommended a blueberry martini which turned out to be quite good, also turned out to be the most expensive one on the menu. had to ask for a menu, had to ask for utensils, had to ask for another drink, no offers of anything. The chips and queso came out quickly once ordered and the queso was the worst queso I've ever had in my entire life. I mean bad. I can eat some queso, this I could barely nibble at. It's a chain so I didn't expect much. Just one of those mall places you stop in when you need a drink and to get away from the chaos.

Love the new option to pay at your table as soon as you're finished eating. Great if you're trying to catch a movie at Regal Cinemas and can't wait around for the check. Super nice staff.

Never been to a Chili's? Well its just like all other chain restaurants, with a Tex-Mex twist. Sidebar: have you been living under a rock? The complementary chips and salsa are a solid start and always welcome as sometimes their food takes awhile. This time I got the lunch combo of the Bacon Avocado Chicken sandwich and the Tortilla Soup. In short, anything with Avocado (slices of it, not that mush), you automatically get a star from me. That single handedly raised a potential two-star review to a 3 star review. Oh...and you say bacon is also on this masterpiece between bread? SOLD. The tortilla soup was what it was supposed to be and tasty...sadly no bacon or avocado in it :( ... I'm sure I'll be back, but in no way is this my first choice for any meal...just one of convenience this time.

I tend to agree with most of the reviewers who feel the food is very generic, however, I love the grilled corn guac with chips and have to get my fix every once in a while...to go, of course :)

This place has a great potential yet with their current staff they are going downhill, they should address better uniform policies as well grooming and courtesies on the servers and hostess, food was ok like always if you get it on time, worst part is service and stale food, wife and i like chilis but wont be coming back to this location ever.

I love Chili's,,,Think they have great food, but this location was the worst. Im not sure who they have cooking but the kitchen needs help. I ordered my favorite burger which was so dry I could barely swallow it. As I was eating the table next to me got there food and the guy took a bite and pulled a big hair from his mouth!!!! I will never go back to this location again!!

I wouldn't rate this restaurant this every time but this was truly exceptional service! Before I walked in I told myself I was going to be doing a full review. I was ready to give this an average to below average review but I was pleasantly surprised since we haven't always had the best experiences here. We walked in for lunch on a Sunday with a party of 5 and were immediately seated. Our waitress (Kat) came right over to take our drinks and I always order an iced tea with an orange slice. She came back with a bowl of oranges and brought a second bowl of oranges later during the meal again without me having to ask. Let me point out this was the first time we have ever had this sever also. We order Chips and Queso which are both normally on the salty side but this was salted perfectly and half way through our lunch she offered to heat up the Queso without us saying anything. I split the Original Chicken Crispers and instead of the corn on the cob we instead got the Skillet Jalapeño Cornbread for $1 up-charge. The Chicken was perfect but the Cornbread was very dried out, if it would have been more moist it would have been perfect too. Food is normally just average in my experiences here. But this time service was spectacular, I would expect this at a 5 star restaurant and not at Chilli's so keep up the good work. If you decide to swing by ask for Kat she was awesome!!

As Chili's restaurants go it was just like all the ours, but the staff is what makes each one different. I sat at the bar here and had a great time. The two people on staff, Clayton and Jewelie, were wonderful. Even though they were busy they made time to talk to me and everyone else seated at the bar.

Tried Chili's again. Wow. You know what it reminds me of?? Bennigans before it went out of buisness. Very disappointed with the whole process. Wife's food was wrong- asked for no lettuce- only lettuce on it. The triple play appetizer left a lot to be desired. Potato skins tasted like they were 5 days old. Just like Bennigans' used to. The Artichoke dip in the triple play, literally was like 1/4 of the container full- maybe. My chicken sandwhich tasted like the fake chicken- not really chicken, but chicken like. Kinda gross! Its not like Chilis used to be, and the next time it's recommended for dinner, I'm pulling the dad override card. Nope!

Stooped in for a late night carryout. The place was packed! Especially the bar area. I waited at the to go area for more than 5 minutes and no one ever acknowledged me standing there! Finally I asked a server if there was anyone working the to go, she went and got someone for me. Literally there is we're at least 6 servers that walked right by me without ever acknowledging my presence. When someone did come up to the register she was pleasant although she never apologized for me having to wait so long.

Jesus, it's Chili's...is there truly a need to review the casual dining equivalent of McDonald's? The food is generic and served in portions the size of pig troughs, but it gets the job done in a pinch. The service was really good as well. That is all.

I do not like to leave a bad review but I can't leave a good one for this Chili's location. There was no hostess at the door and we waited for about 5 minutes ( not much in reality but in a restaurant awkward) then we waited for our server while others were given utensils and drinks. Funny thing is neither the hostess or server said anything about the wait. Neither did any of the many servers or manager walking around ask if they could help us. My salad I barely ate due to brown lettuce. She took it away and brought our food out pretty quick. It tasted pretty good..... I ate one chicken crisper and a few fries, then started in on my second crisper when a nasty little black hair was found under my crisper.... Yuk. Couldn't eat any more. Server was nice. Took the plate away and comped my portion of the meal. Manager came out, looked my way, then went back in the back. Manager never said anything, never came by at all. I think this was a major fail on the managers part! You do not come out and look at your guest ( checking to see....what?) and never come out to apologize for the nasty hair in your guests food. I really think she was checking to see what color my hair is! Blonde. Anyway...... Will not be back. I would only recommend this Chili's if you want an extreme diet plan! :)

I left feeling very unsatisfied. I hadn't been to a Chili's since my childhood and now I remember why... Tables were very dirty, had to clean the seats off myself before I sat down... The fajita's were horrible! Every single bite was was fatty and chewy. The chips were very good though, as well as the queso. The server was also very nice too. Just really hated the fajitas and for this reason, I probably will never visit another chili's again.
